If they can do that they'll be golden, it's sort of like what apple does with it's products, but hopefully with tesla they offer more significant things from model to model. |

well its not like your ttpical german saloon you turn over every 3 years because of maintenance costs. Tesla is gonig to have to work on making their cares more unreliable if they really want CPO to take off

| Razor | Well Tesla is working on it so you have to figure that they are going to be actively helping out the used market a bit. Who knows exactly how it will turn out at this point but its definitely something to keep an eye on. |

You could buy a used Model S instead I just saw an article that talks about how Tesla is creating a used-car program to sell second hand Model S sedans. The sedan usually costs $71,000, but this program would reduce the price making it more affordable. Model S customers are guaranteed to be able to turn in their vehicle after three years and get 43 to 50 percent of the original price tag back. That means Tesla will have plenty of used cars on its hands. No word yet on exactly how much the used Model Ss will cost, but you can expect it to be less than $71,000 and more than $40,000.
